To change the port for the printer driver

Windows 7

1. Right-click the original printer driver > Printer properties > Ports > note the selected port or IP address > OK.

2. Right-click the new printer driver > Printer properties > Ports > select the relevant port or IP address > OK.

3. Note: If the relevant port is not available, please contact your IT support personnel to create the required port.

Windows Vista and below

1. Right-click the original printer driver > Properties > Ports > note the selected port or IP address > OK.
