Answer

The exchange rate on a foreign invoice or credit note can only be edited if the invoice or credit note has not yet been updated.
To amend the exchange rate, please follow the steps below:

Note: If you are using Sage Line 50 v12 this answer assumes that you are using the List view. To switch to this view, from  the module banner open the Change View menu then choose the required setting, for example, Customers, Suppliers, Products

Open the Customers module, from the Links pane select Invoice List then double-click the invoice or credit note you want
to edit.

The Exchange Rate originally used for the invoice or credit note appears in the Rate box on the Details window. Enter the
exchange rate you want to use for the invoice or credit note into this box.

To save the changes to the invoice or credit note, click Save.
